We are an out-of-network insurance provider. Reasons for opting out of insurance are limitation of privacy, flexibility, and the level of accommodation we could provide to our clients if we were an in-network provider.

An in-network provider is essentially an employee of the insurance company, where the client’s information may be required to be shared with the insurance company. Insurance companies likely pre-set the number of sessions based on specific conditions while the treatment plan may have oversight, thus rendering the client less privacy and personal control over their own service or treatment.

We provide a monthly itemized bill for our therapy clients to submit to their insurance company. The insurance coverage for out-of-network claims filed by clients can range from partial to full reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for a detailed reflection of the benefits applicable to your plan.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Changes may be made in terms of notice and the changes will apply to all information. The new notice will be available upon request and on the website. A full and detailed notice of the privacy practices is provided to clients prior to the start of treatment.
